The kitchen island is equipped with all comforts, appliances and accessories. It overlooks both the living area and the two dining areas: indoor and outdoor.
We are in the warm heart of the house, as is typical for the Italian lifestyle. From here also the view is spectacular: through the large window (10 meters), you pass to the garden and the large table of the dining area on the veranda, thus enjoying freedom at all hours of the day and evening.
A cozy living area open to space opens to the outdoor dining area and the outdoor living rooms.
The beautiful modern fireplace, the TV area, a comfortable and large sofa to enjoy the evenings and moments of relaxation in the house. The living area is equipped with an additional bathroom for guests of the house.
The wall of fine Caltagirone ceramics, in the colors of green, turquoise, blue, ochre and burnished, strongly dreamed and wanted by the owners, accompanies all the colors of Sicilian nature up inside the house in a unique and spectacular way.
The sliding windows open onto two evocative spaces: one that looks at the garden and the pool, towards the sea, and another charming living room that, especially at sunset, will envelop you with golden light in the reflections of mosaic, in the green of the countryside, and in the blue of the sky.
